Shillington Toilet Backup Needs Expert Water Damage Restoration

This humble Shillington toilet caused a great deal of water damage when it backed up. This type of water is known as black water and along with bacteria and solid waste, a strong odor permeates wherever this type of water goes in the home. SERVPRO techs had to do a fair amount of controlled demolition to stop any further wicking of the water into the walls and dry the property. While the techs tracked the water from the bathroom to other areas of the home, they were pleased to be able to let the homeowner know the seal on the grout was intact and there was no seepage under the tile flooring.
